Ampol is seeking dynamic Assistant Store Managers in Western Australia to coach and inspire retail staff, enhance customer service, and uphold brand standards. You’ll help manage daily operations, drive performance, and maintain a safe, compliant store environment.

Formación

• Experience in retail or customer service
• Ability to operate POS and handle cash accurately
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster including nights and weekends

Responsabilidades

• Customer Service Excellence: Lead by example in providing outstanding customer service and resolving inquiries and complaints.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, place orders, and ensure the store is well-stocked and organized.
• Drive Performance: Focus on profitability while managing costs, expenses and waste.
