Ampol is looking for an Assistant Store Manager in Western Australia to lead daily store operations, coach staff, and uphold Ampol brand standards. You will drive exceptional customer service and ensure safety, loss prevention, and regulatory compliance.

You will work across a 7-day roster including nights and weekends, participate in stock control, POS cash handling, and team development, with clear pathways for career progression in a supportive and inclusive culture.

Formación

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to operate POS and handle cash accurately.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including nights and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Customer Service Excellence: Lead by example in providing outstanding customer service, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving complaints to ensure a positive experience.
• Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring stock levels, managing inventory, placing orders, and ensuring the store is well-stocked and organized.
