Job summary

PetO, Australia's Largest independent Dog and Cat Store, has arrived in WA and seeks a customer-focused leader to drive performance at a growing, family-owned national brand. You will greet customers, lead a team, and manage stock while promoting our adoption-first ethos in pet-friendly stores.

PetO, Australia's Largest independent Dog and Cat Store, has arrived in WA!

Since our founding in 2007, our 17 PetO Stores have grown into a household name in NSW. With the recent addition of 41 new stores and 22 vet clinics and grooming salons to our network, we’re continuing to expand our paws across Australia.

And the best part? Our customers. Pet parents are genuinely some of the most passionate people you’ll meet. You’ll spend your day greeting, chatting about pets, seeing (and cuddling) dogs, and occasionally meeting some delightfully quirky pets too — because our stores are pet friendly.

We're also proudly adoption first. You won’t see live animals for sale in our stores. Instead, you’ll partner with local rescues and shelters, support community adoption events, and help pets find their forever homes.
