Seed Heritage is seeking an Assistant Manager for its BondiStore to lead a passionate team and deliver an elevated customer experience with a sophisticated approach to sales and product knowledge.

In this role, you will support the Store Manager, drive engagement, mentor staff, and contribute to building a high-performing store culture. A strong leadership background in fashion retail and a customer-centric mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership or supervisory role in high-volume fashion retail.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve sales targets.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to exceed sales, wages and shrinkage KPIs.
• Eye for detail with passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
• Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.
• Genuine desire to be part of Seed Heritage and align with our values.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships through exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Assist with driving a customer-focused culture, creating a memorable and seamless experience with every interaction.
• Support the Store Manager to engage and empower the team through ongoing training, mentoring and collaboration.
• Work with leadership to build an effective and profitable store.
• Motivate the team to meet sales targets and business KPIs.
• Support with driving operational excellence, managing rosters and back-of-house administration.
• Tuesday - Saturday roster.

THE ROLE:

• A supportive leader with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to exceed sales, wages and shrinkage KPI’s and in line with budgets.
• An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
• Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.
