Qualifications

• Experience in retail management or leadership.
• Experience in homewares or specialty retail preferred.
• Permanent work rights in Australia.
• Availability for full-time, rotating weekends.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities, develop and execute strategies, and analyse daily, weekly, and monthly reports to achieve KPIs.
• Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Support company promotions and sales events.
• Coach and develop team members to drive performance.
• Provide exceptional customer service to achieve world-class standards.
• Drive the Design Services business area by motivating associates.
• Create a positive environment where all associates are treated with dignity.
