What you'll be doing

• Greeting customers warmly and providing assistance to help them find products that meet their needs
• Processing transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and handling cash, card, and other payment methods
• Maintaining an organised, clean, and visually appealing store environment, including stocking shelves and rotating merchandise
• Providing product information and recommendations to customers to enhance their shopping experience
• Assisting with inventory management, including counting stock and identifying items that need reordering
• Supporting promotional activities and ensuring displays are set up and maintained according to company standards
• Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally and courteously
• Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient store operations and a positive workplace atmosphere
