Poolwerx Wynnum Manly is seeking experienced Retail Staff to join our team at Manly West (QLD 4179). You’ll greet customers, understand their needs and offer friendly advice while promoting pool chemicals, equipment and accessories.

Poolwerx Wynnum Manly is growing, and we're looking for multiple skilled retail staff to join our team on a full-time / part-time / casual basis at our Manly West location in QLD 4179.

As an experienced Retail Staff member, here’s what you’ll achieve:

• Exceptional Customer Service – Welcome customers, understand their needs, provide helpful advice and create a positive experience that encourages repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Sales and Product Knowledge – Develop a strong understanding of pool chemicals, equipment and accessories, confidently recommend suitable products and identify opportunities to increase sales and add value for customers.
• Store Presentation and Daily Operations – Maintain a clean, organised and well-presented store, ensure shelves are stocked, pricing is accurate and products are displayed professionally.
• Initiative and Accountability – Take ownership of daily responsibilities, work proactively without constant direction, identify tasks that need attention and follow through on commitments.
• Teamwork, Flexibility and Leadership – Work collaboratively, communicate effectively, support colleagues and demonstrate flexibility across different tasks. Take responsibility, lead by example and contribute positively to the overall success of the team.
