Job summary

Bayside Service Group Pty Ltd – Moorabbin VIC is seeking a Retail Manager to lead two Poolwerx retail locations. You will drive daily operations, coach a team, and build strong client relationships to solve pool-related challenges.

As a leader, you’ll own sales performance, merchandising, and inventory, with opportunities for progression within a growing Melbourne business.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in retail or service environments.
• Strong people management and coaching skills.
• Ability to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of day-to-day operations at two retail stores.
• Recruit, lead and develop a team of Retail Assistants.
• Drive sales, profitability and business growth across both locations.
• Maintain high standards in customer service, merchandising and store presentation.
• Build relationships with trade partners and oversee inventory management.

As our Retail Manager, here’s what you’ll achieve:

• Play a key role in the Leadership Team of a dynamic, growing local business
• Be the face of our retail business across two locations, building relationships with clients and helping solve their pool problems
• Take ownership of the day-to-day operations, commercial performance and continued growth of our two retail stores
• Recruit, lead, coach and develop an awesome team of Retail Assistants
• Drive high standards in customer service, merchandising, store presentation and operational compliance
• Build relationships with trade partners and oversee inventory management
