TSHR in Sydney leads six boutiques for a premier Australian fashion house, driving sales performance and exceptional client experiences. You will mentor six Boutique Managers, oversee budgets and store operations, and partner with head office on training and initiatives.

The role includes regular boutique visits with a Monday–Friday planning day, offering hybrid scheduling and growth opportunities. Ideal candidates bring multi-site retail leadership in designer or premium fashion, a proven sales

• Multi-site retail leadership experience.
• Background in designer, premium fashion or lifestyle retail.
• Track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to develop and lead high-performing teams.
• Current driver’s licence and access to own vehicle.

THE ROLE

An exciting opportunity to lead six Sydney boutiques for a sought-after Australian fashion business.

Reporting to the National Manager, you will inspire Boutique Managers, elevate commercial performance and uphold an exceptional standard of service and presentation. With autonomy to shape your region and exposure to broader retail strategy, this role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact while building your career within designer fashion.

Day-to-Day

• Lead, mentor and develop six Boutique Managers and their teams.

• Multi-site retail leadership experience, or a strong Store/Boutique Manager ready to step up.

• Commercially astute, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• A natural leader who develops talent and builds high-performing teams.
• Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
• Current driver's licence and access to your own vehicle.

SALARY

$85,000 - $90,000 + Super + Car Allowance + Monthly Bonuses
