Responsibilities

• Providing administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, managing customer inquiries, and processing orders.
• Assisting customers with product information and questions about carpets and flooring options, supporting the sales process.
• Maintaining accurate customer records and databases, ensuring information is up to date.
• Handling telephone inquiries and directing calls to appropriate team members.
• Processing invoices, quotes, and other documentation as required.
• Coordinating deliveries and installations.
• Performing general office duties including filing, photocopying, and data entry.
