Job summary

Project Station is seeking a dedicated Project Manager to run delivery for retail activations, pop‑ups and fitout projects from handover to completion. You will be the single point of contact between the Account Manager, Production, and the client, ensuring clear communication and flawless execution.

Based in Brookvale, you will coordinate budgets, procurement, timelines and site delivery while liaising with multiple internal teams to ensure projects land on time and to the client’s

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in retail activations or shopfitting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to manage budgets, timelines and multi‑discipline coordination.

Responsibilities

• Own a project from handover through to completion and be the main contact for the client.
• Lead handover, budgeting, procurement, and planning to keep projects on track.
• Coordinate across Account Manager, Production, Design, Workshop, and Site teams.
• Create schedules, manage site folders, and update clients on progress.
• Monitor labour, logistics, and ensure on‑time delivery and quality.
