Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in retail or food project management.
• Advanced knowledge of building practices and contract administration.
• Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office Suite.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end management of new store builds and refurbishments
• Ensure compliance with branding, operational, and landlord requirements
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and cost control measures
• Engage and coordinate with shopfitters, contractors, and suppliers
• Maintain strong relationships with franchise partners and stakeholders
• Ensure WHS compliance and effective risk management on all projects
