You will handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls to provide results to doctors' rooms and other key stakeholders, delivering exceptional service in a busy health setting.

Full training will be provided. The role is offered as full-time or part-time, with rostered hours including afternoons/evening shifts.

Qualificações

• Answering high volume inbound and outbound calls to provide results to doctors' rooms
• Learns quickly in a fast-paced health environment
• Must have working rights in Australia and be willing to undergo a police check

Responsabilidades

• Answering high volume - inbound and outbound calls to provide results to key stakeholders, such as doctors' rooms
• Delivers exceptional customer service in a fast-paced health environment
• Collaborating with other team members to achieve tasks promptly
• Conducting office duties and other clerical duties as required
• We are looking for the following: Open to working rostered full time hours Monday to Sunday, which includes afternoon/evening shift
