Job summary

Built Recruitment is seeking a Restoration Technician for the Sunshine Coast, with roles for junior and senior practitioners within a national insurance builder and restoration specialist. You will liaise with clients, respond to water and mould emergencies, and operate restoration equipment to mitigate damage.

Ideal candidates have restoration or commercial cleaning experience, IICRC/RIA certification, software reporting skills, a valid Australian manual driver's license, and a proactive,

Qualifications

• Experience in restoration or commercial cleaning.
• Certification in IICRC/RIA restoration disciplines (essential).
• Proficiency in computer software applications for efficient reporting and documentation.
• A valid Australian manual driver's license.
• A proactive, hands-on approach to emergencies.
• Strong teamwork ethic with a "can-do" attitude.

Responsibilities

• Liaising closely with clients to ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Responding promptly to water and mould damage emergencies in both commercial and residential settings.
