Job summary

Alliance Remediation in Melbourne is seeking a tradesperson for restoration work across fire, water and mould damaged properties. The role includes site assessment, cleaning, and detailed reporting to enable accurate scoping and quoting for follow-on works.

Applicants should bring honesty, reliability, and good communication skills. Willingness to travel after hours with a company vehicle and hold a valid trade background is preferred; training is provided if needed.

Responsibilities

• Attending and assessing damages to peoples homes
• Cleaning and restoration of Fire, Water and Mould affected properties
• Strip outs of water affected flooring, skirting boards, timber framing, Door Jambs, Architraves etc.
• Compiling information relevant to the job for scope and quoting
• Ability to follow instructions and use initiative in delicate situations
• Willingness to travel after hours with company vehicle

We pride ourselves on Customer service and our sense of urgency. We are a growing business with plenty of opportunity and reward on offer for the right candidate.

If you are not in the industry and looking for something new we will provide the training required.

This role would suit a tradesmen looking for a change,with all the right tools to complete the job inclusive of a Work Vehicle, Fuel Card, Phone and Ipad to the right applicant

About the role

The role will include but not be limited to the following tasks:

• Attending and assessing damages to peoples homes
• Cleaning and restoration of Fire, Water and Mould effected properties
• Strip outs of water effected flooring, skirting boards, timber framing, Door Jambs, Architraves etc.
• Compiling information relevant to the job in order for the team to scope and quote for works to follow
• Ability to follow instructions
• Must have competent Computer, Ipad and iphone.
• Ability to use initiative in situations that are delicate
• Willingness to work after hours and travel when required with company vehicle.
