Job summary

RestorX is seeking a Supervisor / Estimator in the Mildura region to lead on-site assessments, scope development, and coordination of trades and schedules. This role focuses on delivering quality outcomes while managing timelines and costs for residential and commercial restoration projects.

You will work closely with insurers, builders and clients, conducting site visits, preparing scopes, and ensuring works are completed to agreed budgets and standards. On-site leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with estimating or scoping works is advantageous.
• Comfort on-site and ability to engage with clients.
• Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple jobs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site visits to assess damage, monitor progress and ensure quality.
• Prepare Scopes of Works, estimates and project schedules based on site findings.
• Attend initial site meetings with clients and build strong relationships.
• Manage trades and technicians, ensuring works are delivered to scope.
• Monitor projects end-to-end, including budget, margins, timelines and variations.
• Identify and raise variations quickly to avoid impact on outcomes.
• Complete weekly job reviews and reporting with key dates and updates.
• Ensure works meet high standards via consistent site inspections.
• Review and approve trade invoices and sign-off on works.

Key Responsibilities

This role is heavily focused on-site assessments, scoping, and project oversight, so being confident on-site and commercially minded is key.

• Conduct regular site visits to assess damage, monitor progress, and ensure quality of works

• Prepare detailed Scopes of Works, estimates, and project schedules based on site findings

• Attend initial site meetings with clients and build strong, ongoing relationships

• Manage trades and technicians, setting clear expectations and ensuring works are delivered to scope

• Monitor projects end-to-end, including budget, margin, timelines, and variations

• Identify and raise variations quickly to avoid impact on project outcomes

• Complete weekly job reviews and reporting, including key dates, margins, and job updates

• Ensure all works are completed to a high standard through consistent site inspections

• Review and approve trade invoices, ensuring works are completed as quoted before sign-off
