Job summary

Astra is voco Gosford's rooftop restaurant and bar offering Japanese-inspired cuisine and sweeping views. As Restaurant Supervisor, you’ll support the Venue Manager and Assistant Manager on the floor, setting the tone for a guest experience that feels effortless and luxurious.

You’ll coach the team, manage bookings and guest requests, and partner with kitchen and bar to keep service seamless. A genuine passion for hospitality and strong leadership will help you grow into broader F&B leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising or leading a team in a high-end restaurant or hotel dining venue.
• Passion for hospitality and guest experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Current RSA.

Responsibilities

• Lead service on the floor at Astra, shift after shift.
• Set the tone for a warm, polished and genuinely memorable guest experience.
• Coach, support the restaurant team.
• Handle bookings, guest requests and the occasional curveball with a level head.
• Work hand-in-hand with our kitchen and bar teams to keep service seamless.
• Uphold high-end service standards at every table, every time.
