Qualifications

• Solid experience in high-volume and high-end bars
• Strong cocktail knowledge and technique — classics and your own creations
• Current RSA
• A natural way with people and a genuine love of hospitality

Responsibilities

• Craft and serve Astra's cocktail list to a high standard, every shift
• Bring energy, skill and showmanship to service behind the bar
• Help develop new drinks and seasonal cocktail menus
• Manage stock, bar setup and service at full capacity
• Build guest connections that encourage return visits
• Maintain RSA compliance and bar presentation standards
