Cable Beach Club Resort & Spa in Broome seeks an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to lead daily dining operations and inspire the team to deliver world-class service on the iconic Cable Beach.

Role requires hospitality leadership, strong grooming standards, and a flexible seven-day roster, with an attractive AUD 80,000 annual salary and staff discounts across dining, spa, and resort facilities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role within a Resort or Hotel environment at a supervisory level.
• Hold a nationally recognised Responsible Service of Alcohol qualification.
• Demonstrated experience in training and mentoring.
• A high level of personal grooming and presentation.
• Excellent communication skills, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
• Flexibility to work over a seven day roster.

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Supervisor.

This role will be suited to individuals who have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service to guests, supervising and supporting a team daily and ensuring brand service standards are met to the highest quality. If you have an energetic “can-do” attitude then we want to hear from you!

In order to be successful you will need to demonstrate:
