Kingfisher Bay Resort is seeking an experienced hospitality leader to head Food & Beverage operations across its large resort teams. You will drive service excellence across restaurants, bars, conferences and events while mentoring staff and maintaining high standards.

Formación

• Experience in a Food & Beverage Supervisor, Duty Manager or similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant, bar and food service operations.
• Excellent communication, leadership and customer service skills.
• Current QLD RSA and Food Safety Certificate; RMLV certification preferred.

About the Role

You'll help lead food and beverage operations across one of K'gari's largest resort teams, ensuring guests enjoy outstanding service wherever they dine.

From busy restaurant services and bar operations to conferences and special events, you'll support your team, maintain service standards and help create a positive and professional guest experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced hospitality leader looking to broaden their experience and grow their management career within a large and diverse resort operation.
