Job summary

Kingfisher Bay Resort, part of Journey Beyond, is seeking an experienced hospitality leader to oversee food and beverage operations across multiple outlets on K’gari. You’ll lead our largest resort team, ensuring exceptional service at busy service periods, conferences, and events, while developing your management career within a large, diverse operation.

You’ll bring proven leadership in F&B, strong service standards, and current QLD RSA, Food Safety, and RMLV certifications.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Food & Beverage Supervisor or Duty Manager role.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant, bar and food service operations.
• Excellent communication, leadership and customer service skills.
• Current QLD RSA and Food Safety Certificate.
• RMLV Certificate (or willingness to obtain).

• Coach and develop team on shift.

About the Role

You’ll help lead food and beverage operations across one of K'gari's largest resort teams, ensuring guests enjoy outstanding service wherever they dine.

From busy restaurant services and bar operations to conferences and special events, you'll support your team, maintain service standards and help create a positive and professional guest experience.
