Mad Mex is seeking a dynamic Retail Manager to drive restaurant success through strong operations, sales, and inspiring team leadership. You’ll own daily performance, lead a small team, and deliver memorable customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.

With at least 2 years in a management role in retail or food services, you’ll excel at rostering, inventory, promotions, and budgeting while upholding food safety standards and a passion for service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience in retail or food services.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to multitask and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Solid knowledge of inventory and operations management.
• Passion for customer service and team development.
• Multilingual abilities are a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and team performance
• Manage rostering, inventory, stock orders, and supplier relations
• Implement and monitor promotional, pricing, and merchandising strategies
• Ensure compliance with food safety, WHS, and business standards
• Lead, train, and support a small team of staff
• Manage budgeting, payroll, and reporting
• Deliver exceptional customer service and handle client feedback
