Job summary

Mad Mex in New South Wales is seeking a dynamic Retail Manager to lead our busy store and drive operations, sales, and team leadership across a regional site. You will own daily store performance, rostering, inventory, promotions, and customer service, while developing the crew and upholding food safety standards.

Qualifications

Full Australian work rights
Diploma or higher in Retail, Business, or Hospitality Management preferred
Willingness to work long-term in a regional area

Responsibilities

Oversee daily store operations and team performance
Manage rostering, inventory, stock orders, and supplier relations
Implement and monitor promotional, pricing, and merchandising strategies
Ensure compliance with food safety, WHS, and business standards
Lead, train, and support a small team of staff
Manage budgeting, payroll, and reporting
Deliver exceptional customer service and handle client feedback
