Urban Purveyor Group Pty Ltd is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager for Hunter Street Hospitality in Sydney. The role leads front- and back-of-house operations to deliver excellent service and staff development within a busy hospitality group.

You will oversee scheduling, training, inventory, and compliance, while driving customer satisfaction and efficient payroll processes. RSA-certified candidates with supervisory experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house for smooth service and high customer satisfaction.
• Supervise and train staff including servers, hosts, and kitchen personnel.
• Assist with inventory and ordering; monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers.
• Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Monitor health, safety and hygiene; conduct checks and implement corrective actions.
• Support scheduling and payroll tasks; assist with timekeeping.
