Sunday Co is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join Vito's, a premier Italian-American dining destination in Sydney CBD. You will lead daily restaurant operations, ensure consistent service, and foster a high-performing team while upholding hospitality standards.

Be the confident on-floor leader, building guest relationships and driving operational excellence with the General Manager and kitchen leadership.
