Qualifications

• Experience in dining/kitchen/bar management with a focus on service quality and cleanliness.
• Ability to manage shifts, wages, and inventory while overseeing operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and supervise front of house and back of house operations.
• Manage wages, inventory and overall operations to maintain cost efficiency.
