Concept Eight on Swan Street in Melbourne invites a dynamic leader to join our new dine-in and bar team. You will manage shifts, balance front of house and back of house operations, and drive exceptional service and food experience.

We are seeking a customer-centric hospitality professional with a track record in service excellence, staff coaching, and cost control, including labour and cost of goods, to grow the restaurant with us and deliver standout guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Extensive dining/hospitality management experience.
• Ability to coach and develop front-of-house and kitchen teams.
• Strong focus on cost control, labour and COGs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across front of house and kitchen.
• Manage wages, inventory and overall restaurant operations.
