  • Manage daily venue operations including restaurant, café, weddings and events
  • Monitor wage costs, labour productivity and operational efficiencies
  • Analyse sales performance and identify opportunities to increase revenue
  • Recruit, train and mentor team members to build future leaders
  • Maintain strong communication between front-of-house, kitchen and management teams
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, liquor licensing, workplace health and safety requirements
  • Oversee rostering, staffing levels and service planning
  • Assist with developing fresh ideas, promotions and innovative food and beverage experiences
  • Support the growth and continued success of one of the Hills' leading hospitality destinations
What We're Looking For

  • Proven success leading large hospitality teams in high-volume environments
  • Strong understanding of wage cost management, budgeting and labour efficiencies
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills
  • A hands-on approach with the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Strong commercial acumen and business awareness
  • Passion for hospitality, food, beverage and customer experience
  • Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
  • A respectful, positive and professional leadership style
  • A commitment to continuous improvement and innovation
