Job summary

Guzman y Gomez (GYG) Mackay is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, coach the team and manage P&L while upholding GYG standards and culture.

You will lead with energy, drive sales, ensure exceptional customer service, and participate in ongoing training and leadership development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-energy setting.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen, with the ability to identify sales and P&L opportunities and develop actionable strategies.
• Proven track record of meeting KPIs.
• Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and maintain high standards of quality.
• Coach and train the team to ensure excellent service and compliance with procedures.
• Manage the restaurant's P&L and drive performance.
