Grill'd in Australia is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a team of 20-50 legends, drive engagement and results, and uphold our people-first culture. You will shape operations, inspire staff, and deliver memorable guest experiences across busy dining venues.

In this role you will own rostering, recruitment, stock, and compliance with support from your Area Manager, while growing your team through regular performance reviews and development plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Way: Drive engagement and results with your team of 20-50 legends.
• Own the Ops: Handle rostering, recruitment, stock, and compliance with support from your Area Manager.
• Grow Your Team: Help your team thrive with check-ins, performance reviews, and development plans.
• Keep the Numbers in Check: Manage profit & loss, budgets, and KPIs to keep the Restaurant running smoothly.
• Champion your Community: Run our Local Matters program to support and engage local groups.
