Qualifications

• Must have management experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to lead a team and recruit/train staff.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment, induction and training of staff to Subway brand standards.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Check deliveries, order matching and daily banking.
• Prepare stock and sales paperwork; manage payroll and timesheets.
• Manage cash, minimise wastage and ensure financial controls.
• Ensure 100% compliance with Subway and local guidelines.
• Perform inventory management and weekly stock takes.
• Analyse weekly sales and inventory reports to optimise the business.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and presentation.
• Implement in-store marketing material and POP aligned with campaigns.
• Uphold safety procedures and provide a safe work environment.
• Deliver high standards of customer service and resolve escalated issues.
