Job summary

Espresso Cooly on the Gold Coast is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure the efficient delivery of food and beverage services. You will lead front-of-house staff, supervise rosters and shifts, monitor customer satisfaction, manage stock and costs, and maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety and service during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficient and professional service.
• Supervise, train and coordinate front-of-house staff.
• Coordinate rosters, shifts and staffing requirements.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and respond to enquiries, feedback and complaints.
• Manage stock levels and coordinate ordering of supplies.
• Liaise with kitchen and front-of-house to ensure smooth service.
