Job summary

Guzman y Gomez Mexican Kitchen is seeking a Restaurant Manager in Sydney to lead daily operations, coach a dynamic team and drive profitability. You will ensure quality and brand standards while fostering a high-energy, guest-centric environment.

You will coach staff, manage the P&L, and implement strategies to improve sales, efficiency and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced Mexican kitchen setting.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-energy setting.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen with ability to identify sales and P&L opportunities.
• Proven track record of meeting KPI’s.
• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant to ensure standards.
• Coach and train team to deliver consistent guest experiences.
• Manage P&L and financial performance including sales, costs and budgeting.
• Uphold quality, food safety and brand procedures across the team.
• Support recruiting, scheduling and staff development.
