Job summary

ElPiet Projects Pty Ltd, trading as Vaporetto Bar and Eatery, is seeking three Full-Time Restaurant Managers for Hawthorn’s busiest venue. You will lead front-of-house operations, mentor staff, and ensure exceptional guest experiences in a high-volume setting.

The role includes rostering, training, and cross-functional coordination with kitchen and bar teams. Salary ranges from A$80,000 to A$85,000 per year plus superannuation.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality management and guest service excellence.
• Strong leadership and team mentoring abilities.
• Excellent communication with guests, staff and vendors.
• Willingness to work a full-time 38-hour week in a busy venue.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-of-house teams to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Oversee daily floor operations, service flow, and guest relations during peak hours.
• Assist with rostering, staff training and performance management.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar for seamless service and event execution.
• Manage reservations and inquiries, including functions hosted at the venue.
• Uphold health, safety and venue compliance standards consistently.
