Job summary

ElPiet Projects Pty Ltd T/A Vaporetto Bar and Eatery in Hawthorn, VIC, is hiring three Restaurant Managers for lunch, dinner and late-night service. Permanent full-time roles (38 hours/week) with a salary of $80,000–$85,000 per year plus superannuation.

You will lead front-of-house, bar and kitchen teams, ensure safety and compliance, and drive guest experiences. Strong leadership and budgeting skills are essential, along with RSA (Victoria) and food safety knowledge.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Hospitality Management, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as Restaurant, Café or Venue Manager.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise and direct daily restaurant and bar operations across lunch, dinner and late-night service.
• Recruit, train, roster, supervise and manage front-of-house, bar and kitchen staff.
• Plan menus with Head Chef, set pricing in line with budgets, control costs and wastage.
