Mad Mex is seeking a Restaurant Manager in Sydney to lead, coach and energise a high-performing team while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

You will own operations, drive sales and profitability, manage labour and costs, and coach a team that shares our bold flavour and culture.

About The Role
