Mad Mex is seeking an experienced Retail Manager to lead our NSW outlet with a focus on outstanding operations, sales growth, and team leadership. You will drive performance, coach staff, and ensure memorable customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage rostering, inventory, supplier relations, and promotional strategies while maintaining food safety and WHS standards. A regional mindset and long-term commitment are essential to thrive with Mad Mex.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a management role in retail or food services.
• Leadership experience is a plus, but drive and ownership matter most.
• Diploma or higher qualification in Retail, Business, or Hospitality Management preferred.

• Manage rostering, inventory, stock orders, and supplier relations.
• Implement and monitor promotional, pricing, and merchandising strategies.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, WHS, and business standards.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and handle client feedback.

Requirements

• Diploma or higher qualification in Retail, Business, or Hospitality Management (preferred)
• Willingness to work long-term in a regional area
