Job summary

Bennelong, part of the Fink group, Sydney, is seeking an experienced supervisor/manager to lead a fine-dining restaurant under celebrated chef Rob Cockerill.

You will motivate and develop a high-calibre team, maintain exceptional service, manage nights and weekend shifts (Wed–Sun), and contribute to a culture of staff happiness, training, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Two years’ experience in a supervisor or management role in a fine dining restaurant.
  • Ability to lead a busy restaurant with consistent bookings.
  • Passionate leader invested in the development and success of their team.
  • Experienced in motivating and building a strong and knowledgeable team.
  • Leader invested in culture – staff happiness, satisfaction and performance.
  • Clear and strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Highly customer service focused.
  • Available to work nights and weekends, we are open from Wednesday – Sunday.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a busy fine-dining restaurant and manage evening and weekend services.
  • Develop and mentor team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Maintain high service standards and seamless operations during peak periods.
  • Foster a positive culture focused on staff wellbeing, training, and performance.
