Guzman y Gomez is looking for a Restaurant Manager at the Cronulla Beach location. You will lead daily operations, coach the team, and manage the restaurant's P&L while upholding quality standards. The role blends hands-on leadership with strategic planning to deliver fast, high-quality food and service.

You will drive team performance, oversee rostering and inventory, review budgets, and focus on KPI delivery while maintaining exceptional customer service and a positive guest experience.

Job Description

As the Restaurant Manager at GYG, you will lead the charge in overseeing daily operations. You will empower the team through coaching and training, while managing your restaurant's P&L. We appreciate diverse experience, but specifically we are looking for candidates that have:

• Demonstrated leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-energy setting, ideally leading teams of 10 or more
• Strong financial and commercial acumen, with the ability to identify sales and P&L opportunities and collaborate on actionable strategies with the team
• Experience with rostering, inventory management and reviewing budgets
• Previous success in meeting KPI's
• Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
