Job summary

Guzman y Gomez Cronulla Beach is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, coach a team and manage the restaurant’s P&L to deliver high-quality food quickly. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership and maintaining GYG standards while fostering a strong guest experience.

The successful candidate will bring leadership in a fast-paced environment, strong financial acumen, rostering and inventory management experience, and a proven track record of meeting KPIs while delivering

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-energy setting, ideally leading teams of 10 or more.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen, with the ability to identify sales and P&L opportunities and collaborate on actionable strategies with the team.
• Experience with rostering, inventory management and reviewing budgets.
• Previous success in meeting KPI's.
• Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
