Job summary

Guzman y Gomez is seeking a Restaurant Manager for our Jerrabomberra location (Opening Soon!). You will lead daily operations, coach a high-energy team, and ensure top quality and guest satisfaction in line with the GYG standard.

This role oversees P&L, drives sales, and models our brand values. We offer a comprehensive training program, competitive salary with bonus, flexible rosters, and strong career progression including Area Management opportunities.
