Job summary

Guzman y Gomez Mexican Kitchen is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager for our new Cronulla restaurant. You will support a Restaurant Manager to lead a high-performing team, uphold quality, safety and guest experience, and drive operational excellence across all shifts.

You’ll coach and mentor the team, own key metrics, and help foster a positive culture that grows people into leadership roles within a fast-growing global brand.

• Proven leadership in a fast-paced hospitality or retail environment.
• Track record of developing people and driving results.
• Strong understanding of operational standards, food safety and guest experience.
