Job summary

Guzman y Gomez is seeking a Restaurant Manager for our Casula location to lead daily operations, coach the team, and ensure top-quality service. You will manage the P&L, uphold brand standards, and stay hands-on on the line when necessary.

We value leadership, strong commercial acumen, rostering and budgeting skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences across a fast-paced setting.

As the Restaurant Manager at GYG, you will lead the charge in overseeing daily operations. You will empower the team through coaching and training, while managing your restaurant's P&L. Your role will see you maintaining the highest standards of quality, adhering to all procedures, while embodying the GYG spirit — including getting hands-on on the line when it counts, delivering our food at the highest quality in the shortest possible time.

We appreciate diverse experience, but specifically we are looking for candidates that have:

• Demonstrated leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-energy setting, ideally leading teams of 10 or more
• Strong financial and commercial acumen, with the ability to identify sales and P&L opportunities and collaborate on actionable strategies with the team
• Experience with rostering, inventory management and reviewing budgets
• Previous success in meeting KPI's
• Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
