Job summary

Guzman y Gomez Mexican Kitchen in Sydney is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager with day-to-day operations, lead the team through busy service, and drive guest satisfaction.

You will spearhead crew training, contribute to inventory and financial management, and help deliver a consistently exceptional dining experience while upholding the brand’s vibrant culture.

Job Description

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager at GYG, you will be supporting the Restaurant Manager with day-to-day operations, as well as guiding the team through bustling service periods. You will spearhead crew training, elevate the guest experience, and contribute to the management of inventory and finances.
