Job summary

Guzman y Gomez in Sydney is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, coach and train the team, and manage the restaurant's P&L while upholding our standards of quality.

You will drive guest satisfaction, apply strong commercial sense to grow sales, and collaborate with leaders across the business. This role is on-site and offers a clear path to leadership progression.
