Job summary

Hospoworld Resourcing's client in Brisbane is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a busy casual dining venue. You will drive profit, sales and culture while overseeing a section of the business and guiding a team of trained staff.

Responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, resolving service issues, ensuring OHS and food safety compliance, and staff development in a fast-paced environment. Unrestricted Australian working rights are required.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in food retail, casual dining or QSR groups preferred.
• Well presented, positive person with a go-getter attitude.
• Confident in managing day-to-day operations, service issues, customer inquiries and staffing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a section of the business and drive profit, sales and culture within the restaurant.
• Oversee daily operations and troubleshoot challenges to ensure smooth service.
