Job summary

Fozigobble Cafe in Yarragon, Victoria, is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, lead staff, and drive service excellence in a fast-paced hospitality setting. You will recruit and train team members, manage inventory and costs, monitor guest satisfaction, and ensure compliance with food safety standards.

A Certificate III/IV or Diploma in Hotel Management (or similar) is required, plus strong leadership and POS

Qualifications

• Must hold a Certificate III or IV or a Diploma in Hotel Management or a relevant field.
• 1–3 years of previous restaurant management or similar leadership role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer applications.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in managing costs, inventory, and staff scheduling.
• Commitment to guest satisfaction and high service standards.

The annual salary for this full-time position is $80,000 to $90,000.
