Job summary

Frontline Recruitment is seeking a Front of House Manager for a hands-on, floor-based leadership role on the Mornington Peninsula, VIC. You will lead a motivated FOH team, drive exceptional customer experiences and uphold food safety standards.

Ideal candidates bring proven FOH or restaurant management experience, energetic leadership, and the ability to thrive in a busy, customer-focused environment with strong teamwork and growth opportunities.

• Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing FOH team.

• Monitor labour costs, wastage and daily operations to keep the store on track.
• Support day-to-day operations and collaborate with the Area Manager.
• Maintain strong food safety, HACCP and sanitation standards.

The Role:

What We're Looking For

• Experience as a Front of House Manager, Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager within QSR or fast food outlets
• A confident, outgoing personality with plenty of energy
• Someone who genuinely enjoys being on the floor and encouraging a team
• Excellent customer service skills and a real hands-on approach
• High work ethic, self-motivated and calm under pressure
• Good understanding of HACCP, food safety and high-volume food operations
• An ambitious leader who knows how to get the best out of people and themself
