Recruit Shop Pty Ltd is seeking a Senior Restaurant Manager to lead one of our restaurants and bring the brand to life with exceptional guest experiences. You will drive daily operations, coach a large team, and ensure food quality, safety and commercial performance.

The role demands hands-on leadership, 2–4 years in a fast-paced hospitality setting, and a track record of building strong teams, managing costs, and delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• The successful candidate will have 2–4 years' experience as a Restaurant Manager in QSR or fast-paced hospitality.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, inspire and develop large teams with strong commercial acumen.
• Solid knowledge of food safety, WHS and compliance requirements.
• A calm, confident leadership style with strong communication, organisation and decision-making skills.

About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to lead one of the restaurants and bring the brand\'s guest experience to life every day. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role responsible for the overall performance of the restaurant from guest experience and team culture to food quality, safety and commercial results.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Building, leading and developing a high-performing management and team member group
• Driving food quality, cleanliness, food safety and WHS compliance
• Overseeing recruitment, onboarding, rostering and performance management

• Managing stock, inventory, ordering and supplier relationships
• Handling guest feedback professionally and proactively, and building strong ties within the local community

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• 2–4 years\' experience as a Restaurant Manager in QSR or fast-paced hospitality
• Proven ability to lead, coach, inspire and develop large teams, with strong commercial acumen across labour, cost and inventory management
• Sound knowledge of food safety, WHS and compliance requirements
• A calm, confident leadership style with strong communication, organisation and decision-making skills, and a genuine passion for food, people and guest experience
