Guzman y Gomez Mexican Kitchen is seeking a Restaurant Manager to own the day-to-day running of the restaurant in Officer, Melbourne. You will elevate the customer experience and drive the financial performance while coaching the team to reach high standards.

You will manage inventory, ensure adherence to procedures, and align with our values. Sponsorship considered for the right applicant; opportunities to grow within a fast‑growing group are available.

• Experience leading a team in a high-volume hospitality environment.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Strong communication skills and KPI driven.

Job description

As the Restaurant Manager you will take ownership of the general running of the restaurant, elevate the customer experience from excellent to remarkable, develop the team through coaching and training opportunities and manage inventory and the financial aspect of the restaurant. You will be in control of, and have accountability for overall quality, adherence to procedures and financial performance of the restaurant.
